Naushad Forbes holds a B.A. in History and a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, all from Stanford University. In addition to being a Consulting Professor for the STS Program, he is also the Director of Forbes Marshall Inc. in Pune, India.

He teaches STS 279: Technology, Policy & Management in Newly Industrializing Countries for the STS Program.
