Steven Q. Singleton
Steven Q. Singleton, '10 is currently working to develop and execute customer care strategy for Google's flagship hardware product, the Pixel phone. The team he belongs maintains incessant focus on elevating the customer's voice into the product and on improving the customer care experience. Most recently, he has spent his "20% time" developing diversity & inclusion strategy for his organization and playing French horn in the Google Orchestra. Steven is a career switcher moving between enterprise software implementations, to tech recruiting, to the consumer care strategy space since graduation.
